Verify if your document qualifies for authentication (Step 1 of 2)

Use this form to find out if the document you need to authenticate qualifies for authentication and add eligible documents to your request.

Please note that you must search separately for each document that you will submit for authentication and add each separately to your request. Documents that are physically bundled together that require separate authentications must also be added separately. If the document type you need to authenticate is not on the list, as a general rule, it will have to be notarized to qualify for authentication by our office.
